Don your Santa Suit and race from the Pavilion end of Weymouth Beach to Greenhill and back. And for the little ones, there’s Chase the Elf, a festive 2km dash from the Pavilion to the Pier Bandstand and back.

Air 107.2 will be attending providing you with all the best music to get you in the Christmas spirit!

With activates for the whole family it’ll be a great day out!.

A fantastic variety of artisan crafts people making items such as cakes, wooden toys, jewellery, woven runners, knitted items, art, handmade soaps and many more. Entry is free and there is plenty of free parking too. Lots of potential gifts for the start of your Christmas shopping. Refreshments served throughout the day. This event is orgnaised by Hangers Heroes and all profit from this event will be going to local charities such as The front skate park, Dorset search and rescue, The Lantern trust and others. Christmas Craft Fayre


Come and join us at our annual Christmas Craft Fayre. FREE entry – and with over 15 stalls to browse, there are plenty of gifts to choose from . The stalls support home crafters – supporting local.
There is a fantastic on the day raffle with lots of amazing hamper prizes.
Refreshments are available – soup and a roll, or cuppa and cake.

Delicious Home Made Cakes on Sale. Proceeds will be split between SSAFA Dorset, the Armed Forces charity, and St. Nicholas Church Repair Fund. Last year’s concert was very popular and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Live bands, DJs, art, clothing and more! The Second Reclaim Festival is kicking off this Friday, with FREE ENTRY.

Shop through a whole selection of preloved, vintage and retro clothing provided by local charity, Weldmar from 5pm. Followed by the Antix Music Network Showcase (7pm), featuring:

ABOUT RECLAIM

Reclaim Festival is a project based in Weymouth, Dorset, with the aim of re-empowering young people and providing a space to be creative and have fun. Taking place once a month over the summer of 2023, these free events will host live music, DJ sets, clothing market, and more – all planned and delivered by a group of young people from the local area, for young people.

Reclaim Festival has been funded by Dorset Council and Weymouth Town Council.

We are working in partnership with the Dorset Youth Association, Volunteer Centre Dorset, Weldmar Hospicecare, and Antix Music Network.

Wey Valley Academy Art Exhibition

To celebrate the success of Wey Valley Academy’s Art, Photography and Graphics GCSE students a summer exhibition will be held at the school to showcase student’s work. Friday 14th July 2023, 16:30 – 18:30. All welcome. Complimentary refreshments will be available.
