Portland’s b-side arts festival is back for 2021, with more happening across the island than ever before.
The festival run from Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th September, with highlights including a spectacular visual projection onto Rufus Castle, stone coated trees in the Old Engine Shed, and a hidden, faraway city concealed in the ruins of the High Angle Battery! There’s even audio to listen to when you jump on the No. 1 bus!
Creative Producer of b-side, Sandy Kirkby, has been telling James O’Neill from Air 107.2 more about what’s happening this year, including a special project in conjunction with the Drop In for young people on Portland.
You can find out more about b-side on their website, on their Facebook page, and you can also drop in to see them and pick up a full programme of events from the Outpost near the Co-op at Fortuneswell.
