Electronic Assembler

Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking a general operative to join a small and friendly team down in Bridport.

The role:

Inspecting products post assembly (AOI).
Helping with loading/unloading of SMT reels onto and off of feeders and feeder trolleys for batch changeovers.
Helping with running of SMT line including changing of reels.
Applying labels to PCB and loading magazines with PCB ready for the line.
Printing out product labels or works order paper.
Stock checks.
Keeping the site clean and tidy.
Requirements:

Methodical and organized approach to work /tasks.
Able to work as part of a team in order to meet targets and objectives.
High level of care and attention to detail.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Kitting and De-kitting SMT machines with components.
Operation of SMT line, running varied PCB assemblies.
Quality inspection of PCB’s.
Desirable:

Previous experience in an SMT role within electronics manufacturing preferred but not essential, training will be given.
Through hole soldering experience, preferred but not essential, training can be given.
Monday to Friday – 39 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
