Electrician

Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking an experienced electrician to join a new team in Weymouth

The role will involve you working on military and civil construction projects as well as kitting out containerised units.

You will be required.

Responsible for the installation, commissioning and testing of electrical installations to the latest edition of British Standards in accordance with BS 7671.
Assist in minor works electrical design and put together task BOMs
Inspect electrical installations to ensure they are to specification and regulation.
Conduct electrical test and verification of minor works and will complete all the required paperwork
Undertake PAT testing as required across the site.
Undertake any other duties assigned by Operations Manager and/or Project Manager to assist supervise tasks that may not be of an electrical discipline.
Qualifications Required:

BS 18th Ed Electrical installation and testing
City and Guilds 2394 & 2395 Inspection and Test
CSCS Card, Safety Passport, or equivalent qualification
Fire Installation and commissioning course (Desirable)
Lightening protection course BSEN (Desirable)
CompEx 1-4 (Desirable)
Experience required:

Installation of Domestic and industrial electrical installations to British Standards
Full Working Knowledge of BS:7671
Knowledge of Fire Alarm systems and Emergency Lighting Installations
You will be required to travel to clients sites and will be issued with a works vehicle.

The role is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
