Andy’s Man Club Offers Free Mental Health Talks to Local Workplaces

Andy’s Man Club (AMC) is encouraging workplaces to help break the stigma around men’s mental health by hosting one of its free awareness talks.

The organisation is offering to visit businesses and organisations completely free of charge, with the priority being to raise awareness and make mental health conversations accessible to as many people as possible.

Each session includes an overview of Andy’s Man Club and its journey, the importance of talking about mental health, a personal story from the man delivering the talk, and clear guidance on how AMC’s services can be accessed for ongoing support.

AMC says workplace talks can play a key role in helping people recognise the signs of poor mental health, support colleagues, and encourage men to seek help earlier.
