Burst water main pipe on Portland

Update: According to Wessex Water’s official website – the supply appears to be resolved.

There has been several reports tonight of loss of water supply around the Grove area on Portland.

Confirming an outage had occurred on Portland, Wessex Water tweeted “one of our inspectors is investigating the location of the burst as we speak and then should be able to repair it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused”.

The company also added in another tweet “If you have any concerns please call us on 0345 600 4 600”.
