Cattistock Country Show reinvents to adapt to Covid-19 climate

Cattistock, a traditional countryside show celebrating Dorset is set to “go large” after reinventing themselves to suit the Covid-19 climate.
Although the usual vegetable competitions, rallies and fancy dress pony parade’s cannot happen, the organisers have shaped this years event to maintain social distancing measures according to government guidelines.
Organisers of Cattistock Country Show said:
“The aim is to bring you many of the wonders of our great community show, but on a socially distanced scale.
“Stay safe but experience all the wonders of the Cattistock countryside by enjoying a treasure hunt style day.
“En route you’ll encounter games, spectacles, challenges and surprises, following clues to bring you to smaller ‘show pods’.
“We’re just itching for 2020 to finally bring us some fun in a year where we’ve all spent far too much time in!”
Cattistock Country Show will run as planned on Sunday 2 August.
