Closure order secured at Littlemoor address following reports of anti-social behaviour

Officers from the Weymouth and Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team have secured a closure order at an address in Littlemoor, Weymouth, following numerous reports of anti-social behaviour and drug use.

The order was granted under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and is designed to protect the local community from ongoing disruption linked to the property.

The closure order prevents access to the address by any individuals other than the occupant and those specifically named on the order. Anyone found breaching the conditions of the closure order could face arrest and further enforcement action.

Police say the action follows concerns raised by local residents and forms part of ongoing work to tackle anti-social behaviour and improve community safety in the area.
