Weymouth College is hosting a special afternoon of mental health services next weekend.
January Blues is aimed at young men and encouraging them to get talking.
It’s taking place at the college between 1 and 5pm on Saturday 28th January.
The idea actually came from students who saw a need to put on a fun event that will help anyone dealing with mental health issues.
It’s for any men, young or old, who can go along and talk, share experiences – have a laugh as well.
A number of local and national mental health service providers will be there.
As well as guest speakers, there will be the chance to learn how to make a mocktail, add your own words to the Wall of Thought art installation, take part in yoga and fitness sessions, and take part in some animal therapy.
